A request by a major housing equipment manufacturer. In order to develop a new product, we provided an overview of the product to the intended user base and conducted interview research. Working with a Dutch research firm, we also produced research plan materials and image movies.
WHY
To help consumers who want to obtain a fulfilling lifestyle visualize the experience they will gain by using the product and to gather honest opinions.
FOCUS
We strongly emphasized how this product “naturally” accompanies people’s lives, rather than adding hassle to their current lifestyle.

OUTCOME
By working with a Dutch research firm, we were able to create a research plan that incorporated overseas contexts and perspectives. The use of animation as a method of research allowed us to create an impressive hook for the concept and the image of daily life in which the product would be used.
