This is an introductory article about Regenerative Community Tokyo written by our Dutch partner Except Integrated Sustainability.

Founded in 1999, before the word “sustainable” was even on the street, EXCEPT, based in its headquarters in Utrecht, the Netherlands, is raising the bar for sustainable development worldwide by providing innovative projects, concepts, and strategies. The number of projects we have worked on is more than 500, and the establishment of RCT was thus made possible with the help of Dutch professionals involved in sustainability. Our strength is to successfully integrate European knowledge with the Japanese context and accompany projects to ensure that they proceed smoothly.
