In conjunction with the visit of the City of Helsinki delegation to Japan, we produced a business networking event and a reception party to facilitate connections with Japanese enterprises. WHY
To deepen business collaboration between Helsinki and Japan, a high-quality matchmaking platform was essential. Leveraging our deep, well-established connections with Finland, BuildVision acted as a cultural and business bridge, providing comprehensive, full-service support from concept to execution.
FOCUS
With a diverse group of public and private stakeholders involved, we established a strong collaborative framework by streamlining individual interests through meticulous communication. Furthermore, we balanced operational excellence (logistics, interpreting, and catering) with creative strategy (concept development and promotional marketing), focusing heavily on elevating Helsinki’s brand value in the Japanese market.
